SWEEPSTAKES DISCLAIMER:

The promotion runs from November 1 – November 30, 2020. One entry per person except on Trunk Show days. All entries must be submitted on location at one of our participants locations. 2 Winners will be selected and notified the week of December 3, 2020. Bike Prize package valued at approximately $5,000 – Oxford Shop Millar Make-over valued at $1,000.

This contest is open to all legal residents of the United States. Must be 18 or older. One entry per person except on Trunk Show and Black Friday sale days. Winner must submit in person at one location at the time of the drawing prior to end of business day November 30, 2020. No cash equivalent or alternative product will be an option. Winner must accept prize as is in its entirety or forfeit the prize package. Winner must show valid photo ID at the time of prize redemption.

Mercedes-Benz of Music City will resolve any duplicates. Mercedes-Benz of Music City and The Oxford Shop do not share or sell information from those who enter. The emails obtained through the contest will be added to each location e-newsletter distribution list. The winner will be contacted by Mercedes-Benz of Music City within one week of the drawing by email and phone. After the prize has been accepted, the winner’s name and likeness will be used, at a minimum, in press releases, in our e-newsletter, and through our social media channels. Mercedes-Benz of Music City and The Oxford Shop staff and immediate family members are ineligible to win prize package.

After notification of winning the prize, the winner has three (3) business days to accept and claim the prize by email or in person. If prize is not claimed during that time, we will pick another winner. The winner must complete a W-9 form, sign a copy of the contest rules and return both documents to Mercedes-Benz of Music City before the prize can be distributed. At the end of the year, Mercedes-Benz of Music City will send the winner a 1099 declaring the value of the prize.
