What is StarRewards?

Mercedes-Benz StarRewards is an online loyalty program that gives Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs) the opportunity to track and earn rebates on Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts and MercedesBenz StarParts purchased through authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships. IRFs like you have a long and rich history of servicing Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We know we wouldn’t be as successful without you and we’d like to reward you for doing business with our Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

You may already be buying Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts and Mercedes-Benz StarParts for your customers, so why not get rewarded for it? With StarRewards, you can – and the more you buy, the more you can earn.

How does StarRewards work?

Once you are successfully registered in StarRewards, you will be eligible for the loyalty program that runs each quarter. On a quarterly basis, your purchases of Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts and Mercedes-Benz StarParts from Mercedes-Benz dealerships will be counted towards your StarRewards rewards. Next, we will track your Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts and Mercedes-Benz StarParts purchases throughout the quarterly program as you buy.

To show our appreciation for traditional mechanical and collision shops like you who choose Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts, we are excited to present to you the Mercedes-Benz StarRewards program. This online program provides rewards to qualified Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs) for purchasing Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts through authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

Once you have successfully registered and been approved for the program on the Mercedes-Benz StarRewards site, you will be eligible for the ongoing loyalty program which runs each quarter. Once the quarter is over, you claim your rewards, and a rewards card will be sent to you. As you earn more dollars, they will be added to the card.

In addition to the quarterly loyalty programs, you also are eligible for various bonus and campaign & recall programs throughout the year, allowing you to earn even more rewards dollars. You don’t have to do anything to participate in new programs – you are already registered! You will be notified when a new program begins.

Why Participate?

• Earn rewards right away, with your first purchase of an eligible mechanical or body part
• The more purchases you make, the more rewards dollars you will earn
• Earn bonus rewards through specific part purchases and campaign & recall referral programs
• Effort is minimal, simply enroll online, purchase eligible parts, and claim your rewards at the end of each quarter
• A debit card will be sent to you after your first program, and it will be reloaded as you earn more dollars in future programs
• To make it even simpler, you will be sent timely email reminders when the program quarter starts and ends, and when to claim rewards

Tiers

• We’ve heard you and you can now earn rewards on your very first purchase each quarter –there are no spending targets
• You will earn rewards based on your spending in different purchase tiers, the more you spend, the more you earn
• New or Returning IRFs (no purchase in last 2 years):
  •  Must purchase at least $200 of Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts during the current quarter
  •  Will then be eligible to participate in the following quarter

Participation

• Go to www.MBStarRewards.com
• Agree to the terms and conditions
• Complete the enrollment form, including an email address
• Once you are registered, you can track your purchases and rewards in a dashboard on the site
• You will receive emails throughout the program, including a reminder email if you have 45 days to
• claim their reward after the program ends
• Once the reward is claimed, you will be sent a debit card pre-loaded with the rewards dollars that
• you earned to spend as you please
• As you participate in future programs, rewards will be loaded directly onto the same debit card
• Qualified IRFs are limited to single-store, traditional mechanical and collision shops
