When you compare the cost to maintain a Mercedes-Benz to the cost to maintain other vehicles, you will likely be shocked. This is because maintaining a Mercedes-Benz doesn’t have to be done as often as some other vehicles. Instead, you only need to bring your vehicle in once every 10,000 miles or once per year, whichever comes first. In some cases, more time or mileage can elapse between service appointments.
Mercedes-Benz of Music City wants to make maintaining your Mercedes-Benz as easy as possible. We offer a prepaid option that enables you to pay for your vehicle’s maintenance when you purchase the vehicle. This means that you can simply make an appointment to bring your vehicle in when it is time to handle the regular maintenance on it.
You have two service options for your Mercedes-Benz – SERVICE A* and SERVICE B*. The main difference between the two is that service B has eight points that are covered, while service A has six points that are covered. The frequency of visits also varies between these service plans.
Service A requires that you come in for a maintenance appointment around the first anniversary of your purchase or at 10,000 miles. When you come in, our certified technicians will do the following:
Service B occurs on the anniversary of your purchase or at 20,000 miles, whichever is the earliest. All of the six points mentioned in service A are completed. Two more that are added are:
Once the initial service is done on the Mercedes-Benz, the service schedule demands that you have the vehicle serviced every two years or 20,000 miles. This holds true for both service options that are available.
When you come into Mercedes-Benz of Music City for your regular maintenance, the oil change is included in that service. Typically, the vehicle’s Flexible Service System will let you know when it is time.
Mercedes-Benz of Music City is a new dealership. The state-of-the-art facility includes 24 bays so that our Mercedes-Benz owners can get taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
