RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Other Duties as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Are a fast learner
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Are a team player
• Are computer literate
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a High School Diploma

REQUIREMENTS:

Inventory Specialist 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Coordinate with inventory manager on all new and pre-owned inventory needs
• Ensure that all vehicles in the lot are locked
• Maintain the parking lot in an organized, efficient manner
• Keep new and used vehicles lots neat and orderly
• Move customer and dealership vehicles as directed
• Make and implement decisions regarding maintaining and cleaning vehicles
• Maintain new and used vehicles’ appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles

• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.
• Clean dealership areas (e.g., walkways and sidewalks) as needed

Requirements

Experience with Automotive BDC and CRM system management

Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and true leadership abilities are a must. Proficient skills with excel, and Microsoft word products helpful Customer Service Skills
